Crud. Would have funny to see Haruhi's head on Schooby's body.

As for the others:

Kyon = Fred (silly (little head, big body))
Mirucu = Daphne (pretty)
Yuki = Velma (appropriate)
Itsuki = shaggy (Ehh :| (Probably couldn't tell the two apart.))

You could always do a little PhotoShop work. I've never used it, but I've heard about what it can do.
